Mid-Atlantic Convenience Stores is the parent company for Southside Oil, Southside Transport and Uppy’s Convenience Stores.  Based in Richmond, Virginia, we serve approximately 300 customers in both company operated and dealer operated convenience stores.

Uppy's

Uppy's, founded by Steven and Linda Uphoff in 1995, is a convenience store chain based in Richmond, Virginia.  Operating 67 Virginia locations and 1 Maryland location, Uppy's employs over 700 associates.  Uppy’s Convenience Stores are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences along with quality branded goods and services.  Uppy’s features brands such as ExxonMobil, BP and Subway.  Uppy's carry a full line of beverages, tobacco, snacks and candy, as well as state lottery games.  Most Uppy's stores are open 24 hours and are conveniently located throughout the Richmond and Northern Virginia area.
